このフランス料理店の虎虎生威のカタツムリはニンニクの香りの百里香のバターを入れていません。チーズが硬いです。食材は新鮮なカタツムリではなく、缶詰のカタツムリです。ちょっとしょっぱい味がいいです。アヒルはアメリカのローストチキンの味です。フランスのアヒルとは血縁関係がありません。しかし、価格は高くなく、環境は清潔でエレガントです。キャラメルデザートは良いです。
